We use the contact, delivery and order information you provide to process your order, provide support, and send the updates you request. We do not ask customers to send payment-card details over WhatsApp or email.
Shipping
Craftguru currently dispatches orders within India only. Dispatch and delivery timing can vary by product availability, customisation and destination. We will share relevant order or courier updates using the contact details provided with the order.
Terms & conditions
Prices, stock availability, product photographs and product details may change before an order is confirmed. For custom, bulk or corporate orders, the agreed quotation and order confirmation apply.
Purchases & returns
Where a product page states a return window, contact us with your order details within that window so we can review the request. Return eligibility can depend on the item condition and whether it was personalised or made to order.
